wonder woman's kryptonite.

"what happened to her???" - dean.

You know out of all the different kinds of women I have seen in my short life, non compare to a black woman. They are strong, opinionated and beautiful women. They come in all sizes from thick to petite and from tall to small. But for every wonder woman they must have a kryptonite. And in the case of these wonder women, metabolism is their kryptonite. Now metabolism is basically what breaks down food in your body, therefore, as you grow older your metabolism becomes slower. Which leads to females metabolisms slow up around the college years and thats why "Freshmen 20" or "Post Grad 20" exist. Unlike Superman, you all can fight your kryptonite. The easiest step is to go to the gym. Yes, sex is excerise, but its mostly cardio. In the gym, you can get rid of that newly acquired double chin, muffin top, cottage cheese on your legs and proportion all of that thickness into the right places. Im not asking all of you to aim to be Angela Basset or Jackie Joyner-Kersey, but have some type of pride. I notice, you notice and your mama notice that you are gaining weight so why not make a change? I suggest you and a couple of friends go there and work out with each other, you know just like how you all started drinking together. Yes, the first week will burn and you might not see results immediately but it will all pan out in the end. Right now only lames are trying to get at you, so why not go to the gym and get even more lames to stalk you? This blog isn't just an effort to get your torso right and ass phat but just to stay fit. Our grandmothers and grandfathers didn't know about diabetes, different types of cancers and such so why play ignorant to the fact and get your mind and body right. I really hope this blog inspires you to go hit the gym or even if your currently fit to bring a friend with you. Your already have the beauty ladies, so why not try to have th e life long beauty.

NOTE: Excuses are tools of the incompetent.
